Kaolin. Students will be able to match cards that tell kaolin properties and uses with corresponding kaolin products to demonstrate their awareness of the uses of kaolin clays.
Smectite. Students will be able to match cards that tell smectite clay properties and uses with corresponding kaolin products to demonstrate their awareness of the uses of smectite clays.
Talc. Students will be able to match cards that tell talc properties and uses with corresponding talc products to demonstrate their awareness of the uses of talc.
Clay Scavenger Hunt. The object of the game is to collect one clay item from each room.
Crystal and planar shapes. This game provides students with practice in recognizing three-dimensional crystal shapes and planar geometric shapes of crystal faces.
Point symmetry. This game provides students with practice in recognizing the point symmetry of designs.
