If registering by phone, call the Crowne Plaza toll free reservation line at 877-227-6963. Be sure to provide the registration assistant with one of the two CMS Group Codes, shown below, to receive the special CMS discounted room rates for the meeting.

To obtain the CMS discounted room rate, locate the "Check Availability" section on the left side of the hotel website.

1. Fill in the "Check In Date" and "Check Out Date" boxes.
2. Indicate the number of rooms and/or number of persons per room.
3. Insert one of the two 3-letter Group Codes shown below to receive the special CMS discounted room rates for the meeting.
4. You do not need to change the rate preference category that is shown.
5. Click on "Check Availability".
